A Night with a Sticky Note Mission

Last night started out like many others.  Jane got off work, and wanted to hang out.  A family member of hers only had a few days to live, and wanted company to help get her mind off things.  She came over and we chilled in her van.  We began texting Scotty trying to hint that he should hang out with us.  He had the house to himself, for his family went to the River for the weekend.  After some text messaging, he wasn't getting the hint that he should invite us over or come hang with us.  We decided we should do something that would catch his attention, and to help pass the time.  Two nights before, when we were at Walmart in Redlands, we thought of Post It Noting someones car, but had no idea who to do it to.  Well Jane and I finally found the perfect person to do the prank to...Scotty.
We drove over to the Redlands Walmart, and picked up a pack of 500 stick notes for $5.00.  Once purchased, we tried to recruit a few others into our mission.  We contacted Tricia and Scotty's stepbrother scott, but got no answer from their phones.  It seems they had already gone to sleep since Tricia had to work early the next day.  We drove passed Scotty's house, and noticed he had his blue ceiling fan light on and a strobe light.  We drove up to my house, and started writing things on the sticky notes.  Jane and I came up with a story as to why we placed sticky notes on his car.  I just wrote random things on my sticky notes from smiley faces to  South Park quotes to Jane and I playing a game of Tic Tac Toe.  We started running out of ideas, so we decided to stop and head over to Scotty's house to do our mission.  We got to his house around 2:00 am.
I parked my car across the street and around the corner, so he wouldn't be able to see it from his room window.  We quietly walked over to his car, parked in the drive way right below his room window.  When we got there, he was playing loud electronica music, which was perfect for if we made some noise, he wouldn't be able to hear us.  With trying to stay out of sight most of the time, we began posting our sticky notes.  Within 5 minutes he had turned off the loud music, so it caused us to make sure we were really quite.  We would stop every once in awhile, for we would hear a noise that would freak us out.  At one point, we heard a loud bang, which almost sounded like Scotty had hit the side of the garage door right in front of us.  That got our hearts racing, but I figured he could have gone into the garage for something, and the door from the house into the garage could have been slammed.  We continued, and we finished placing all the sticky notes around 3:30 am.  His room lights never turned off, but we figured he had passed out, leaving them on.  We took some photos of our work before we left, hoping the flashes wouldn't wake him up.  We drove back to my house and we were successful.  We were tired, so Jane went home and I went inside to pass out.
Today, after I woke up and got out of bed around 11:30am, I posted a photo of the car on facebook, and noticed Scotty was online.  After about 10-15 minutes of posting the photo, I noticed he wasn't online anymore, so its possible he had no clue what we did with his car until he saw the photo that I posted.  Its now been over 12 hours since we placed those sticky notes on the car, and have heard nothing from Scotty.  Jane and I are both watching our cars closely to see if he will try to get back at us somehow.  Below are the two photos of the result from this fine evening.
