BBQ and Fire....BIG NO NO in the wilderness!!!

Sometime last week my friends and I decided to have a BBQ today up in forest falls.  First as we are driving up we see the Fire Danger is Extreme....and of course, we didn't think of anything.  When we got there it was a little cold.  We first got the BBQ choals going so we can cook some food.  Then i wanted a fire that we just a camp fire. There was a man made fire ring there, so i wanted to make my own fire ring....So i make one and get a fire going.  It was right next to the BBQ so it was very safe.  We also had water standing by.  Well.  2 guys walking by told us that was a bad idea because we can get fined.  So i put it out.  They did say we can have it in another BBQ.  So i moved it and got it started.  Things where going well, I got ride of any evidence of the fire ring. David, Jane, and I where able to eat.  Tiff sadly never got the chance to....you know why...LOL...hmmmm.....a fire truck came by with it's lights on.  Of course i start freaking out.  I had no clue what to do.  So we waited to see if they would go away....nope...the drove closer and then they started to walk towards up...That is when i really freaked out.  I don't even remember what i did.  From my friends, i was crazy.  So the fire fighters came up and said we have to put out the fire becuause of the fire danger.....so i started for some water, which i don't remember much, but from what my friends told me...i freaked out and pushed david over the the fire that i did while i put out the BBQ choals because i didn't want to be by the firemen.  So they stayed there until everything was out and said to check with the ranger station before we do it again to make sure it is allowed that we can have a BBQ....Luck would have it that it started raining 30 mins after the firemen left.  So now i have learned a few things...one, follow the rules when it comes to fire...as in don't make your own fire ring.  Also try to stay calm, because i freaked out and kinda ran and left friends to confront the firemen at close range...so sorry david.  and to visit the ranger station and think about the fire danger levels....yup....this is one of those stories that people will be saying at my funeral...i hope tomorrow goes way better...i hope
